100% Respect just not possible
Like all police forces, the RCMP have good and bad points. It's impossible to accept that the RCMP is a Lovemark because of the no-compromise nature of Lovemarks. Although they do engender a certain amount of respect, especially when compared with their southern cousins (as fractured as they are), the RCMP also suffers from the enormous amount of power they yield in an extremely diverse society. Their record on corruption is not squeaky-clean, nor is their avoidance of political scandals. 100% respect is just not possible with such an organisation.
