I was converted
Almost a couple of decades ago, I was out with a friend for lunch. The minute the food arrived she grabbed a bottle and started sprinkling her food with its red contents. I said to her: "Don’t you want to taste the food first? Maybe it doesn’t need any of that stuff!!" She looked at me darringly and said: "Why don’t you try that ’stuff’ first!!" So I did. And I was converted! I do not have it with everything. No. But I am forgiven, for I have it pure, by the spoon.

It brings flavor to life.
Where I grew up in Louisiana it used to be said that you could tell how long a couple had been married by how much of their Tabasco sauce had been used. It is only recently that people have gone a bit cuckoo with quantities. That said, I must admit that I have every size of Tabasco container I've ever seen or heard about, from the ketchup sized packet, to the gallon jug. In correct quantities it awakens the senses and brings flavor to life.

Family-owned and made from only two things..
To be found in virtually every restaurant, kitchen and bar in the world, still in its original packaging/labelling, family-owned and made from the only two things which can be found on one particular Island - a specific type of volcanic salt, and a climate ideal for Scotch Bonnet Peppers. And it only advertised for the first time recently. Similar in brand/Lovemark status to Lee & Perrin's Worcestershire Sauce, but Tabasco gets my vote every time.

That little bottle ... waiting to spice up my day!
I grew up in Louisiana on the taste of Tabasco - I can't imagine eating gumbo or jambalaya without it. I've since moved from Lousiana, but continue my love affair with Tabasco. A small bottle can always be found tucked in my purse or briefcase, making my frequent travels not only bearable but sometimes even enjoyable. No matter what state or country I find myself in, I am happy to see that little bottle of tangy, zesty flavor waiting to spice up my day!

They should extend the range
I have a secret stash of Tabasco in my drawer - I know of a woman who keeps one in her handbag. I pour the stuff on my scrambled eggs in the A.M., splash it on whatever I'm having for lunch and, yes, drizzle it liberally on anything that vaguely looks edible for supper. Great with fruit (essential in a summer nectarine soup) - Ah, Tabasco!!!! - they should extend the range to Tabasco Gargle, Tabasco After Shave, Tabasco... you get the picture.

A spicy old friendship
Ah, Tabasco! A legend in it's own right. The taste is like an old friendship ... pure, simple and stable. New products come and go, but Tabasco remains a basic staple on our dining table.

Not so hot
Tabasco sauce has ruined the taste of good food all over the world. Let the natural taste come back and you will find what you have been missing.

It's that good.
Tabasco makes poor food palatable, average food superior and great food sublime. In my kitchen, it's essential. Skyline Chili should buy stock in the stuff. Yeah, it's that good.

Habenero new favorite
I have found my new favorite flavor, "Habenero"! Wow, good stuff, but I can't find a place to buy it! Just had it at a restaurant! Darn.

It's funny ...
It's funny what a little bottle of Tabasco Sauce can do. Beyond giving a kick to anything I add it to, it often reminds me of my grandfather who exposed me to the seasoning and cooking at a young age.
