The goosebumps never go away
Songs for when you’re desperately in love and songs for when love has let you down. This band is magnificent. I feel privilaged to have experienced them live in concert. The sound cocoons you and the goosebumps never go away.

I don't think they are pushing many boundries
I liked them back in the parachuting days. More recently though, I don't think they are pushing many boundries or doing anything especially bold. With loads of new innotive bands appearing from Britain (I can't really speak for elsewhere) I say Coldplay are lagging behind. They were at their best when Chris had an afro.

They're drippy it's touching
I used to Love Love Love Coldplay and I grew up listening to them, they're drippy it's touching. Then along came Keane and Embrace and god knows what else, don't even get me started on James Blunt, it was all downhill from there. Beautiful Martin married beautiful Paltrow and (probably) beautiful Apple was born, and so with the Hollywood actress wife came the tacky "spotted" magazines. Soon "Heat" and "Sneak" had the couple splashed all over the pages and Coldplays, respect, true fans and alongside composing talent died. Ah who am I kidding, I'm just bitter I couldn't get tickets.

All time favorite
One of my all time favorite songs is 'Trouble". Coldplay is awesome and they perform a great concert to take a date! They are truly talented! [Key lyric: I never meant to cause you trouble, And I never meant to do you wrong, And I, well if I ever caused you trouble, Oh no, I never meant to do you harm].

Coldplay. Not a group of angry screaming teenagers disfigured by tattoos and piercing's. Not a group of bubble-gum girls with lip gloss, miniskirts, and platform shoes, lip-synching about their lovers. Not a band created by a reality show. Coldplay didn't make it to the top by riding a fad. They stuck to their music, worked hard, and have become one of the most popular bands in the world today. Diverse styles of music, poetic lyrics, and actual talent didn't hurt either.
