I love the smell of the coffee when you walk in! Glad to know this brand has saved itself...

I love Tchibo! And so do millions of Germans. Tchibo was a chain of coffee shops that wasn’t doing well. Now they they are a chain of coffee shops that also sell other stuff. They have a program that rotates weekly, with a brand new theme, and complete changeover of goods inside, every week. People are always stopping to look and browse. Their tagline is “a new experience every week”. It is a completely integrated program with a really good web site, brochure mailouts, mail-order option from the website or catalogues, emailed newsletters, and no-questions-asked return of goods purchased for a full cash refund. I just think they are fantastic. In fact they are so fantastic they now own a big chunk of Beiersdorf. P.S. I have no idea what their coffee is like, but I have bought heaps of other stuff from them.
