My name is Marina, and I discovered Lovemarks through the Australian Graphic Design Association (AGDA).

I love art materials shops. Oxlades, in Fortitude Valley is my absolute favorite. It feels like it could have been there for hundreds of years. It has a lot of atmosphere and lots of affordable little treats; crayons, pastels, charcoal and graphite sticks, tubes of paint and tubs of weird substances that invite experiment. All the most delectable colours in the spectrum in every medium imaginable. Exciting smells and fragrant papers in all weights and textures. The people who work there are helpful but not intrusive. I get so excited by all this I come out feeling really energised and ready to wield a pencil or paintbrush in that endless pursuit of pleasure.

My Lovemarks wishlist would be: A Bang and Olufsen surround sound system. They are so unobtrusive and stylish, they just melt into their environment while exquisite sounds travel as if by magic around your living space. A new Toyota car. My dad is 88 and drives everywhere in a little Toyota Starlet with the "life" logo embossed on the side. This really sums up their appeal for me. And a bathroom stocked with Crabtree and Evelyn products. Their fragrances are imaginative and innovative. Their ingredients are authentically natural with no synthetic undertones. They leave my skin feeling like its newborn.
