Chinchillas Unlimited is by far the most useful site anywhere on the web for chinnie owners... I would even go as far to say that even a Vet could glean useful information about the husbandry and care of these fluff-balls.
There is no shortage of experienced owners and breeders with 100's of years experience between then, willing to freely give help and sound advice in all areas of chin care from the most basic to emergency situations. All done in a friendly and supportive way too.
