  With Skype, we are not talking only about VoIP. It’s a family. My experience with Skype started many years ago when I had to find the best way to keep in touch with my family and friends due to the fact that I moved studying abroad. That was just the beginning. Now Skype is more than that. However in each relationship, there are ups and downs. After receiving several unknown links from a "friend", and the real person knew nothing about it, I decided to contact Skype. I received a generated answer saying that the issue will be brought to the development team but no other answer will follow up. BUT, the next day, to my great surprise I received and exchanged two more letters with Timo T., a support person from Skype. A global company with a very personal approach - that’s the key to creating a "family".
