    • A certain grace within Shah Rukh

      Shah Rukh Khan

      29 September 2005

There’s a certain grace within Shah Rukh, an elegance and refinement that can only come from a pure heart. Even more mindboggling than the stupendous successes of Shah Rukh The Entertainer, is the warmth and largesse of his benevolent heart. A rare generosity of spirit towards his co-stars and colleagues endears him to all. His obvious love for his fans is unique and those lucky enough to meet him in person are treated tenderly. Living totally in the moment, he makes each one feel special and important to him, as they are. Shah Rukh is exquisitely mannered, thoughtful and with an aura of respect, decency and responsibility, he is famously known to be charm personified.

    • I LOVE YouTube!

      YouTube

      15 September 2009

As a "senior teenager" (over 60), I LOVE YouTube! I am able to find all the hit videos of my youth and I get stuck on the site for hours. It's difficult trying to find original hit videos amongst all the amateurs though, and I love being able to find every single minute (or so it seems) of the life of Shah Rukh Khan (world biggest megastar), his movies and song clips, concerts, interviews, etc.

    • Will always be AUSSIE

      Vegemite

      17 October 2009

Vegemite is, was and will always be AUSSIE! If Americans don't *get it* they should leave it alone...not mix it with cheese to dilute it! I never used to eat eggs till my aunt made Vegemite *soldiers* and dipped them in soft boiled eggs...woohoo! Instant success - try it!

    • Love it for its values

      My Name Is Khan

      05 March 2010

I love the Indian movie "My Name Is Khan" because of the values it promotes: love, honesty, peace, understanding, hope, humanity, and much more. Starring the power triumvirate that I call "The K-force" (King Khan, Kajol and Karan), this movie has been adored all over the world and viewers love it more each time they see it. The comfort level of these 3 off-screen pals has resulted in a sweet, sensitive and successful movie and is what makes MNIK scinitillate, and what makes it work. Shah Rukk Khan, also known as the Epitome of Love or the Messiah of Love, stars as Rizwan Khan, a man with Asperger's syndrome who makes a journey across the US, for love. If this movie doesn't deserve a Lovemark, then nothing does!

This is one of my very favourite books. I love her quirky style.
