  I bought my first pair of Nike "Wally Waffles" in 1977 when I was 10 years old. Almost 30 years later I have bought at least one pair of Nike trainers every year. Even when its raining and my legs are aching, with the swoosh on my shoes and on my chest, it geniunely makes me feel like I can run a personal best.
