Big, ponderous, some even say ugly. I say classic. The Aqualand is a watch with a depth of character and a depth measurement tool. Extremely popular with Dutch marines, it has also gained popularity with a small group of regular everyday people, who like me, understood that the Aqualand was a classical, and even more important, an authentic watch. From time to time strangers see me as an ex-mariner (which I am not) because they see the clock on my wrist. If I tell them I haven't been a Marine and received the watch as a gift from my Nephew they sometimes get a little angry. Hey lighten up ! It's just a watch... or is it ?

Some call it punk rock variety, others first class entertainment. Fact is the four Ashton Brothers are able to create a very special atmosphere in every theatre they perform. There first show was called ‘Tragedy of the underdog’ in which they recreated the style of old small town circuses. Their second show ‘Ballyhoo!’ was inspired of the Berlin cabaret scene in the Thirties. Sounds old fashion? No way, if you think both shows where played with the speed of a Tarantino movie.
