Mmm...SoBe. There's a SoBe drink for every occassion/ state I find myself in: when I need a pick-me-up, when I need a mixer, if I'm hung-over, rehydrating & detoxifying - you get the point. The messages under the bottle cap are always clever and frequently hilarious. The extruded lizards are a subtle and artful touch to a stately but generic bottle design.
I've been a SoBe fan since 1997, ordering by case-loads before it was more widely distributed. (I'm uncertain how I feel about SoBe being a Pepsi property now. Stay natural, stay true. SoBehave.)
Purely premium! For me, this is by far the best mass-produced OJ. Tropicana's all about great taste. Heck, they were a primary driver for the invention of refrigerated railcars - just to be able to deliver the best tasting product they could to an adoring market. The freshly-squeezed, Pure Premium Tropicana led the way with nutrient fortification (calcium, +D) and there're a number of great new juice blends (Orange-Mango, Orange-Strawberry-Kiwi...). Nummy!
iRiver is one of my Lovemarks for making fab digital music machines - recording is the best part. The price is totally on par or better than the big brands (Sony, Apple, Creative, etc.) but the features, quality, and usability outpace what the common man thinks is best.
The size of the flash recorder/players are tiny compared to the iPod mini. I can bootleg hours of concert material on my half-Giger using a tie-pin mic. If the promoter's willing, you can even jack into the audio-out from a soundboard to get crisp, clean, live recordings. Then download them all and share as mp3s - without any 3rd party software. (Direct mp3/digital audio encoding rules.) Oh, yeah - FM tuner, too (& you can record directly from the radio!)
...flavor 70, to be exact. Espresso dipped cacao nibs - absolutely [addictive]! What a wonderful product, story, mission, and vision: "human, globally responsible, irreverent and built for a new generation".
