  BookCrossing is such a wonderful gift for us to share what we care about, with no attachment to money or even seeing a face light up with the joy of discovering a book recently "freed". I love the spirit behind BookCrossing and have had close to 10 copies of the book I've written released around the country. I love that some strangers have found my book and sincerely hope that it has touched them.

  I first heard Iz's music at a party with an Hawaiian theme over a year ago, and I promptly went out and bought his CD Facing Future. What an amazing CD! His voice is so unique and his lyrics powerful with a deep love of Earth Mother and his family. With deep soul and feeling, he sings, and he was such a huge man playing a tiny ukelele - I only wish I could have seen him in concert!

  For seven years I interviewed people asking: "If I gave you God's phone number, what would you do with it?" These were Christians, Jews, atheists, a Cherokee Medicine Woman, Afghani Sufi, death row inmate, children and others. My book: If I gave you God's phone number....Searching for Spirituality in America came out in 2002, with 21 of these interviews. It speaks to the different ways that people experience God, and how each of us has our own unique relationship with the Divine/Creator/Allah/Great Mystery/God.
