Alright, my Lovemark is Beachbody. I was weighing in over 350 pounds. I have broken my back four times in my life and this has been a problem. My quality of life was dismal at best. I was fat, taking medications that made me lose weeks of time that I cannot remember. I was self-employed and a medical doctor took away my driving abilities due to something he perceived as a problem. One visit to my back doctor and they asked me if I wanted to change my life. I said yes. I wanted a change and that is when I was introduced to Beachbody. I started Insanity and P90X as a result of this as well as taking protein mix three times per day. I then went to working out. Over the last 36 months I have lost 180 pounds as a result of Beachbody’s products. My heart problems are gone. My body is stronger than I have ever been. I am able to play with my daughter and keep up with my wife. Beachbody has changed my life. I am 6’ 3” tall. I weigh 200 pounds. I am stronger, happier, and my family is closer than we have ever been and I credit all of this due to the changes that Beachbody has assisted me in making. I have now completed my education because I have confidence because I look and feel good. I did the work, but Beachbody provided the road map to do this.
