I have been working with Latidos Productions for 5 months now and am amazed at how the company has been able to touch the lives of people in Vancouver in the 3 years of its existence. Latidos offers high quality Cuban dance instruction, but its service goes way beyond physical fitness or dance skill - the emotional confidence, sense of wellness, and self-improvement that the company has given its students is very impressive. Although I have not yet taken a class with Latidos, I have worked with owner Chen Lizra and truly believe that this lifestyle she has offered to Canadians is one of warmth and positive emotion. I have had the pleasure of meeting some of her students and hearing first hand how Latidos has changed their lives for the better.
