The staff are extremely kind!! It was my first time in an Arabic ice cream parlor, and since I consider myself a novice in ice cream tasting, I felt undecided which flavor to choose from. Luckily, the staff at Bachir Ice Cream (Bouza Bachir) noticed my anxiety, and they directly offered friendly, sharp and consistent advise. The managers are always smiling, and they let you know implicitly that you are king.
