  I love the excitement of waiting for the lead pack of runners to go by, with the lead helicopter’s trashing indicating their arrival. I love the goofy outfits and costumes some of the slower runners, as well as the sheer joy on everyone’s faces as they cross the finish line. People talk about Christmas in NYC, or springtime in Central Park, but for me the best day of the year is the first Sunday in November. And I am finally running it this year.
