      It is a little piece of Paradise! In the most beautiful part of Tuscany, between Chianti and Casentino, I found the Le Balze agritourist farm. The farm is set among rolling hills in a lovely rural landscape made up of woodlands, olive trees, vineyards and a unique and particular geological formation called "Balze", which are cliffs and crags cut into ancient clay deposits exposed in the bottom of ravines. It is a small farm where intimacy is very important.
