  An amazing company that is taking womens fitness to a new level. Debunking the myths behind what a "fit" woman is, opening new doors and offering fresh perspectives on womens health. With there Woman in Motion program they are highlighting female "athletes" from all walks of life and encouraging women to get active at any age regardless of previous experience. They have taken a previously unatainable (for most) service: personal training, and brought it to the masses and along the way have added some of the most cutting edge group exercise programs out there.
