  An indulgent and empathetic companion on bad days, and a reward for those times where you feel 150%. We keep Haagen-Daz on hand, by the pint, in our fridge at home - just in case those times of need arise. My absolute favourite is Chocolate Chocolate Chip.

  I know that Starbucks gets a bad rep for raising their prices and edging in on the homegrown coffee market, but there’s one thing for sure - you get a pretty consistent cup of coffee wherever you go. Starbucks enables you to know exactly what to expect when you request for Soya, Non-Fat, Tall, Grande, Venti, etc. Not to mention that their staff are usually friendly, the stores are homey, comfortable and modern, and you can pretty much find them anywhere. How’s that for a Lovemark?

  I love this magazine. I don't even live in New York yet I buy each issue weekly and stack them up proudly once I have read them cover to cover. Not to mention the crossword at the back pages - nothing gives me more pleasure than curling up in bed with a new New York magazine crossword ready for me to complete! Great topics, great writing!

  Dear iPad, I love you. You allow me to customize you with apps, load my favorite music, make notes, set goals, plan meals and workouts, shop, or even read books from the British Library whilst I am waiting for my flight at an airport in Singapore. Time flies when I am reading and playing games. What did I do before you?

  'Made with love in Paolo Alto'. That's what they say and I sure believe it. Browsing through the articles on my Flipboard app started as a daily occurance, and now it's a morning and evening ritual. The clean design never makes me feel overwhelmed by the sheer volume of news, and I am always tuned in to what's happening in the world.
