I am deeply saddened by closing of my favorite April Cornell store in Hagerstown, MD. As a professional woman working in men's field (engineering), with April Cornell outfits I could dress feminine and still be effective. The prices were great, the quality was superb, not to mention the staff, who was very pleasant. I wil miss them all terribly and doubt if I would ever find a replacement of equal quality and value.
I am encouraged. Given the strong interest of the women in US, maybe April Cornell can make her items available online - sort of an Electronic Store. It will not be the same as browsing in a store and talking to the sales staff, but it will be the next best thing.
