I always come back ...
Words can’t express how much I LOVE IKEA! It is just phenomenal, the simple to innovative designs of their furniture and housewares. Other furniture stores don’t have the warm comforting feeling that an IKEA showroom can provide nor do they have the IKEA cafe either. Every time I make a trip there I always come back with something new, and because of their incredible prices I always come back with more than one item.

Great as ever!
Just been to Ikea in Edinburgh - great as ever! Rumour has it that it is coming to Northern Ireland, where I live. We really need it! Please let it be true!

Kiwis will love IKEA
New Zealand really needs an IKEA. It seems that us Kiwis are always forgotten. Even though we are on a little island, we know how to shop. It is too expensive for us to carry things back from the UK or Aussie. Please don't forget about our little island. Christchurch, Dunedin, Auckland, and Wellington will love IKEA. My Husband and I would run it. Can't wait until it happens. Cheers!!!!

Miss IKEA big time
Miss IKEA big time. I am from Amsterdam. I have lived in New Zealand for three years and I can't believe there is no IKEA in New Zealand yet. If I had the money I would open one tomorrow. So maybe if all the fans come together and come with a masterplan, then we have one.

Gap in the market
When a new shopping centre opens here in Auckland, New Zealand, I visit in the hope that I'll find an Ikea store! I am getting tired of being disappointed and am 100% sure that an Ikea store would be hugely successful in Auckland. There is such a gap in the market here for the types of products found in Ikea stores in other countries. I'm off to Melbourne soon to stock up on some Ikea basics, but anything large is too impractical to bring back. Is anyone out there planning on a store in NZ?

We truly miss Ikea
We came to New Zealand from Germany 2 1/2 years ago, and what we truly miss is an Ikea. We had to buy all our furniture here in Auckland and there is nothing compare to Ikea. New Zealanders love shopping and I am sure Ikea will make a lot of money. All my friends here, who are most from Europe, are saying the same. So please go for it.

So dear to me
IKEA is so dear to me. Each visit at IKEA just means that I'm going to spend more than I actually need to buy, and shop for much (much)longer than I should have. But it brings so much happiness. IKEA brings so much inspiration -fresh and colorful! I'm always extremely enthusiastic when it comes to IKEA visits, any season, any time. Love you, IKEA!

I would travel just to shop at Ikea
Ikea would be great here. Even if it was in the Auckland area, I would travel up from Christchurch just to shop. I have visited Ikea in US, England and Australia and hate loading up the suitcases just to bring it home. Come on Ikea.

Missing the Ikea shopping experience
I agree with all the positive comments about Ikea. I lived in the UK for 6 1/2 years and I desperately miss the Ikea shopping experience. I've even contemplated heading to Aussie or the UK and buying up large and shipping it all back. Someone needs to bring Ikea to NZ. Hey I'd run it with love and passion a plenty. Does anyone know someone with a bucket load of money that could lend it to me and let me bring Ikea here.

Big New Zealand fan base
I've lived in NZ since November 2005 and I thought there was one already. I was just trying to log on to their site!! (How sad am I). YOU HAVE TO HAVE ONE... there's nothing quite like it... even Freedom Furniture doesn't come close enough... PLEASE LISTEN TO YOUR VOTERS... I appreciate prices may have to be higher here than in Europe in view of shipment, but I'm SURE you'll get plenty of customers anyway (after all you have a big enough fanbase!).
