  • Wouldn't be as happy!

For as long as I can remember, My father gave us 4 girls candy for Valentine's Day. It started out with candy hearts filled with chocolate, but as we grew we became more picky and the chocolate of choice was your turtles. This we learned from our mother, I believe. :) Now, no matter where we have been, college or living in another state, we have received turtles by mail, and continue to do so every February 14th without fail! Please keep this product! Sure would hate to lose this family tradition between our father and us girls. He could probably find other chocolate, but we certainly wouldn't be as happy!

  • In remembrance

Terry hits it right! Turtles were a favorite of my mother's, too. They are really tasty. She'd have a Turtle a day. My mom's gone now, but whenever I see Turtles candy I remember her. It's "bittersweet".

  • Shelling out for Turtles

My wife is extremely fond of Turtles. And she has been less enamored with non-Turtles brands. She loves it when I bring her Turtles no matter what the occasion.

  • She loved her Turtles!

Turtles were my mother's favorite candy. At special times of the year such as Mother's Day, her birthday, Christmas, etc., I'd stop in at the drugstore and use my weekly allowance to buy my mom a Turtle! When I presented the Turtle to her, a big smile would appear on her face - she loved her Turtles!
