Balanced, sharp and elegant
Trident or not Trident - there is no question! I grew up with these wonderful knives and chose them for setting up my household. Balanced, sharp and elegant, they really do make meal preparation a breeze. Faster than a food processor and so affordable considering they last a lifetime (with good care). You just have to try them to appreciate their form and beauty. And what's more Wolfgang Wusthof (CEO) is one of the most amazing people I have ever met - a role model. He has ethics. He is caring, friendly, personable, truthful and trustworthy.

Begging me to julienne, dice or slice...
The silver shimmer, the black handle and the red badge, the light is never quite right. The knives are always begging me to julienne, dice or slice. The handle curves so perfectly in my hand. Dinner will be ready in a minute I say, hoping that there is more to prepare, another filet that needs to be trimmed, and with each cut that flash of red badge, and then I reach for another pepper, not quite finished with my preparation.
