Should be studied in school
Sting is a musician and a poet. I can't explain how much his music means to me and helps me. Basically he has helped me and been there for me in bad times and good times. Fragile is the epitome of what an amazing man lies behind the music. His music should be studied in school. I respect and admire him for his soul and actions.

Made me see the beauty in the unseen
I don't remember the first time I heard Sting. I just remember his music always being there. I will never forget the time I was contemplating suicide, one of many times, that Sting's music moved me so much that I believe now there must be a greater force out there willing me to live. It reached me where I was and made me see the beauty in the unseen. That song was "If I ever lost my faith." Then there are songs like "Seven Days," and "Roxanne" that make anyone smile, no matter how rotten their day may be.

A huge part of our romance
I have been a fan of Sting since I was a little girl. My father actually got me hooked on him. When I found out that my childhood sweetheart (and now husband) loved Sting almost as much as I did, I was ecstatic. His music has been a huge part of our romance. We have even seen three Sting concerts together. His music is so moving. We even had about five of his songs on our wedding CD that we played at the reception. He is an amazing artist that has stood the test of time and has been a strong and steady influence on the music scene for over 20 years. I love you, Sting!

Not enough words in the dictionary
There really are not enough words in the dictionary to describe what Sting's music means to me. It helps me through any times of sadness and makes the good times even better. I can't imagine my life without his music. I hope he continues to intrigue and inspire for years to come. Sting is the soundtrack to my life!

Another joyous memory
My spouse and I adore Sting. We had to buy two copies of his latest CD so we could both listen to it whereever we wanted. His "Mercury Falling" concert was "the best date we ever had." We had tickets to see him again the next tour, but a detached retina the day of the concert prevented it. What's a fan to do? Well, months later when I saw that the missed concert was released on video, I nearly broke down in the store. We were able to experience the beauty of Sting's music once again, changing a day of sadness into another joyous memory. We now own all of the Sting library yet still await a boxed set to buy one day. Thanks, Sting, for your music, your performances, and for sharing them intimately with us, the fans.

Not just a great musician
I was driving my pregnant wife to her parents' house when the terrible news hit the radio - two planes crashed into the World Trade Center in New York. Later that day, another news item got my attention. Sting was about to give a concert that night, but he didnīt know if he should cancel it or not, because of the tragedy. Two days later, I heard that Sting did indeed give the concert, only he changed the order of the songs. He started with "Fragile". When I bought the CD, you could hear the melancholy and the feeling for those who died that tragic day. Sting is not only a great composer and singer, but a great human being.
