  • Changed the way my family and I eat

This book is a real eye-opener. It has changed the way my family and I eat. Now when we go on road trips, we bring our own food so we don't have to depend on fast food and when there's a choice we always patronize a locally-owned restaurant. Once you see how much damage these chain/fast food restaurants are doing in a broad range of areas (from labour injustice to causing obesity), like us, you may not set foot in one again.
