I agree - I also love being able to buy wooden toys for my kids - we must have at least 5 different toys from this company and they're well-loved by my kids.

They know what my kids like to play with

I love these simple wooden toys. Melissa and Doug really know what my kids like to play with. Their toy sets always encourage my kids to use their imagination and they never need batteries! Melissa and Doug toys have helped me raise my children with the values I want them to have. I don't want piles of ugly, broken plastic toys or toys that get tossed aside when the batteries run out. Melissa and Doug toys are well-made, beautiful to look at and most of all - fun to play with. A favourite in my house is the sandwich making kit, a boxed set that includes wooden slices of bread, hamburger buns, tomato, ham and even a wooden knife. Each piece has a swatch of Velcro so we can stack them into sandwiches. My six year old son and two year old daughter both love to play with it.
