Inspired to travel there
What wonderful homage, and yes I am Polish! Where I am there aren't too many people I can talk with about this, but even my German-Italian husband has great respect for the strength and endurance of the Polish nation in the last 30 years. I'm inspired to travel there, thank you for the nomination.

The small great country in the very heart of Europe. The country that was falling down but never gave up. That can laugh despite its pain. That trusts and hopes despite betrayals of its friends. The country of brave and romantic spirit that gives birth to heroes and poets. The country where the wind whispers Chopin's tunes in the Mazovian willow trees' hair. The whole Polish soul cries in this whispering. Who once heard and felt this cry knows that there is no other place to live in the world.
