When a visitor enters the National Cowgirl Museum no matter what their occupation, they feel as if they have come home. It is a grand space made humble by the stories of the remarkable women that are told within the walls. Women whose primarily unsung lives have helped write the history of the American West. The museum is a place where you can use words like passion, strength, grit and determination to describe the women celebrated. It's a museum where the phrase "saddle your own horse" applies to all of us.
