Gotta love them. It took 86 years. The "bunch of idiots" are going to be a different bunch come the 2006 season. But it's ok. They won it all and they did it in style.

Keep me young
The Boston Red Sox keep me young. They remind me of a child's passion, summer days, hot dogs, and legacies. I can think of no better place to spend a summer evening than at Fenway. It makes sense that they would win the world series the same year that my husband and I got married. At least now I know he'll never forget how many years we've been married!

One of the most unique relationships in Baseball
The Boston Red Sox are more than just a baseball team, they are a way of life. The Sox and their fans have one of the most unique relationships in Baseball. Every year starts out at "the year", midway through they become "dirty bums" and come October everyone is biting their nails. It's mid-October, I'm stressed out (just like last year) and yet I know, that if this isn't "the year" next year surely will be.

All around where I live...
The Boston Red Sox are the best. Their rival, the Yankees just pay too much for their players. All around where I live it's like a war, half of the people around here are for the Boston Red Sox and half are for the New York Yankees. I prefer the Red Sox, they truly are the best. They have a major team, like Manny Ramirez, Nomar Garciaparra, Johnny Damon, Curt Schilling, Pedro Martinez, Derek Lowe, even Gabe Kapler and Dave McCarty.

Everyone is fanatical
The US baseball team, the Boston Red Sox. I grew up in Boston and everyone there is fanatical about the team - in spite of the fact that they haven't won a championship since 1918. They play in a treasure of a ballpark and embody what is best about the sport.
