One of my top five!
I found Dolfin chocolate last year, and it is easily one of my top five "can't live without" items! Flavor combinations seem very odd, but all are truly magical. A couple of close friends and I have decided that the ultimate taste indulgence is a piece of the dark chocolate with pink peppercorn bar, a big glass of intense red zinfandel, and maybe even a cigarette to complete the trio. These chocolates are not merely flavored with the spices, they have tangible bits of cinnamon bark, peppercorns, curry powder, or anise seeds in them; rolling these around on your tongue while the chocolate melts down is heavenly.

I collect chocolate...
Dolfin is one of the world's finest chocolate companies. I should know because I collect chocolate like some people collect wine. Dolfin is a Belgian company that specializes in fine chocolate bars mixed with fragrant herbs and spice. Some of my favorites include: dark chocolate with pink peppercorn, dark chocolate with green anise seed, dark chocolate with earl grey tea, milk chocolate with hot masala... you get the picture... All this flavor at democratic prices of $3.50-$2.50 a bar (depending on the retail outlet)...the chocolate is even packaged in a classic designed and resealable pouch akin to DRUM and other rolling tobaccos...truly a memorable treat and experience! Much love....
