Even in Winter there are queues
I love that even in Winter there are queues to get into this gelato bar in Darlinghurst, Sydney. They have all the basic flavours down pat - the chocolate is amazing but they also experiment with their flavours (bacon and maple syrup anyone?) and the coconut lychee flavour was given a global plug by Oprah on her tour here. I also love that they provide gas heaters out the front so you can eat your gelato as soon as you walk out the door without freezing.
