It must be good... very good
Laphroaig on the rocks. Trevanian's always-first-class-always-stylish-ultimate-cool sanctioner Dr. Jonathan Hemlock's favourite drink. I personally, have never tasted Laphroaig but I can say that if he drinks it then it must be good... very good.

There is a taste I will never forget
Laphroaig single malt whisky comes from the island of Islay off the west coast of Scotland. One thing is for certain, to me it's no ordinary malt. It is unique. You will either love it or hate it. Admirers can join the "Friends of Laphroaig" and become owners of their own personal square foot of Islay. Land over which runs the precious water supply for the distillery. Rent from my land can be collected at the distillery, which is a dram of the finest. This is a taste I will never forget.
