Motivated by hatred for cable companies, I finally had the opportunity to order DirecTV about 4 years ago. I have always enjoyed the service without reservation. Two years ago they added the TiVo service, which I love. But my Lovemark nomination was inspired by DirecTV's Holiday Card. It was personalized nicely, beautiful, and the first Holiday card I received. The thought counted!
