I'm indeed very impressed
Cool! I heard about them 2 years ago from one of my clients who was with them for more than 4 years. The current company I work for signed for dedicated server and co-location with them 1 year ago to provide online video streaming on financial consultation and training. I'm indeed very impressed with their solutions and technical knowledge in providing a customized solution just fit to my company's requirements. Although there are many companies in Singapore providing similar services, I discovered that they were always either overpriced, overkilled the system, or had limited customization and resources to provide a full solution. Thumb up IWI.

Great support!
There are lots of Web hosting providers in Singapore and around the world. However, after many years of switching and transferring from one place to another. I have experienced that most of hosting companies have 1 - 2 men support - showing that they have limitations with support and response. Price wars and cost cutting have forced them to go into ticketing systems and chatline support. Although IWI have the same features, I still prefer to just ring them and give them a call, have a chat with a human, and get the issue solved immediately. Great support!

A promising brand
I discovered that there is no Lovemark in the IT business services category, so I would like to kick start it. I would like to nominate the company I have been working for - IT Works Interactive Ptd Ltd in Singapore. Although not very well-known globally, it has been a promising brand in Singapore for it promises to deliver specific, consistent, quality results to clients and consumers in the most fragmented of IT industries.
