The country's best vegetarian restaurant - but more of a revelation than a restaurant. Ground-breaking, innovative vegetarian cookery, mind-boggling combinations of flavours and textures - all sourced for freshness and organic purity. Not just that, but the puddings are without doubt the most delicious I have ever tasted anywhere.
