Dedicated to helping displaced and homeless
A five pound pooch from NYC and his owner started a foundation to help pets in need find loving homes - Dogs Who Care. "My two legged Mom and I were watching the relief efforts for Hurricane Katrina on TV. We saw an elderly man sitting on a park bench. He had lost everything in the hurricane and as he was getting on a bus to be taken to a safe place, he was told his 16 year old chocolate lab had to stay behind." This inspired them to create a DOGS WHO CARE™ message collar. Schmitty and his two legged Mom created the dog friendly release design to fit any size dog, the color - Schmitty blue! The Dogs Who Care collar looks quite fetching on any dog, and when you order these cool collars, 100% of the profits go to a growing network of shelters and sanctuaries across the country who are dedicated to helping displaced and homeless pets find loving homes.
