Simply a divine city
Exquisite World Heritage listed capital of the verdent NW region of Galicia (northern Spain). Sublime Romanesque, Renaissance, Baroque sandstone/granite architecture; cobblestone vistas and sidestreets. Beautifully appointed tavernas, modern boutiques, and plazas...et al, juxtapose a myriad of generational architectural styles. Simply a divine city...and, oh, coincidentally, my birthplace; here's to wearing the proverbial heart on my sleeve!
