My daily dose of Greece

I go to this blog to get highlights on news in Greece every morning. The site gives the news on new and interesting events and happenings in Greece and for Greeks of the diaspora. Their events section is really cool too. I really enjoy this site because it's my daily dose of Greece. I live in Chicago and it's important to me to feel connected to my roots. Daily Frappe provides me this luxury of what was going on while I was sleeping. I enjoy their fresh approach to Greek news - which can get quite heavy - especially regarding politics. I enjoy the humorous DF commentary and corresponding blogs. I find their blogs insightful and educational too. I've learned a lot about fellow Greeks of the diaspora and I feel a connection to them through the current and frequently updated events section of this site. They also have wonderful photos of Greece too.
