  • A complete Lovemark now

A complete Lovemark. The president of Vasco da Gama is not alone in the suspiciousness he was implied. Most every team in Brazil, and perhaps in the world, have some sort of implication among their rulers. I just like to say that facts like this will never stain the mark of our team. We surely love Vasco da Gama and we may hate its president, coach, or some player. These are two different things. Eurico Miranda is no longer president of Vasco da Gama since early in this year. He lost the election for his rival, Roberto Dinamite, the ex-player and great idol of Vasco. So I guess I can say that Vasco da Gama is a complete Lovemark now. For me it always was. Ironically, we face one of the most difficult periods of our history, because our team is going for the second league in the national championship. Now is the time for growing strong again. In this time of world crisis, we also face our personal crises. And we'll show how much love we have for Vasco to overcome this challenge.

  • Not a complete Lovemark

The soccer in Brazil is a great passion. This slogan everyone knows and it’s true. But no team in Brazil has reached a common admiration even among other team fans. I think that a Lovemark needs to have other atributes than just love. This team has a president since 2000, Mr. Eurico Miranda, that is the symbol of lack of respect for the Brazilian people. Lots of justice problems even sentences about money fraud. Lots of teams in Brazil have the same problem and that affects deeply the mark. Respect is one of the needs to be a Lovemark, and that is why I think that Vasco da Gama is not a complete Lovemark.

  • Simply the most loved

Vasco is the love team! A real passion from Rio de Janeiro that trancends the sport itself. The greatest soccer team from Brazil, with more than a hundred years of glory and conquest. The red cross of Malta in the uniform takes the place of our beating hearts. We are not the one with most supporters. Not the richest. Not even the one with most prizes. We are simply the most loved.
