Heavenly light
Campobello olive oil is made from a single type of olive from Campobello Sicily. It is heavenly light with only the slightest tinge of olive and no peppery after-taste like the Tuscan oils. My son, who is 16, will pour it into a saucer and dip bread in for a snack. Soon, the whole family gathers round. It is irresistible. If it goes on a salad, no need for the vinegar... I find it hard to imagine what I would do without my Campobello. It is a necessity in my kitchen which completely replaces all the other oils except for baking - in which case I use Rice Bran Oil from Japan. Another story!
