Sri Ravishankar - the founder of the Art Of Living organisation. This guy talks of and shows you how to move from the head to the heart. The beautiful fact is that when you do this, you truly are able to feel better, see/hear/smell better...love better. The stories of how he has inspired scientists, bankers, and the common man into the head to heart journey is amazing. Sessions with his knowledge truly touch all your senses. The best part - he is intimate - talking to you 1-on-1. So relevant to your present state it is frightening how intimate you can get to the inspiration.
