Donald Trump is what's wrong with business. Each week, he teaches us what not to do. Why we shouldn't lead by fear and intimidation? Why cooperation is better than cut-throat competition? Why the most important words in business aren't "You're Fired!" but "Thank You for Doing a Terrific Job." Donald Trump belongs in a 1950s management cave.

Through passion, belief, hard work and tenacity, Donald Trump has built an empire that commands the loyalty of thousands and touches the lives of many thousands more. He's the king of the comebacks, the mentor of many and a gent to boot. He may not be everyone's cup of tea but I find it hard to discount his contribution.
