The Oscar Synth is a classic mono-synth from British manufacturer Oxford Synthesiser Company (OSC). It came in 1983 and is one of the more advanced programmable mono-synths of its time.

Uglybeautiful, with a sound that rocks
The Oscar is an old (1982?) synthesizer. Sort of handmade (in Oxford) with big rubber fins and a sound that rocks. Loveable because it’s flawed, uglybeautiful, very noisy, brave, British, rare, unreliable, covered in touchy-feely buttons – and unaffordable.
