Mosi-Oa-Tunya

It became part of my everyday life

"Mosi-Oa-Tunya" (The Smoke That Thunders) has always been one of my favourite places to see. Having lived in the small town of Victoria Falls it became part of my everyday life, you could see the giant tower of mist during the day and hear the faint rumbling of its cascading waters during the night. Our doors and windows used to shake quite noticeably all night during rainy season when the falls was in full flow (the noise used to put us to sleep!). It is one of the most amazing places to live and visit, this natural wonder well deserves to be nominated a lovemark.
