The best online banking service with no hiccups. People are always helpful, polite, "can do attitude". Impeccable service. Have been banking with them for over 15 years and wouldn't dream of changing them.

Whether staggeringly overdrawn or flush with cash, First Direct is just the most empathic, friendly, fair, understanding and surprising bank in the world. I just don't understand why anyone would ever want to bank with anyone else.
