I, too, love the Cowgirl Creamery, and I love Humboldt Fog, but feel compelled to set the record straight: The Cowgirls don't make Humboldt Fog. It's not even made with cow's milk! It's made by Cypress Grove, with goat's milk. The Cowgirls do sell it, though. And their own cheeses - Mt. Tam, Red Hawk, Pierce Point, St. Pat, and the fresh cottage cheese, creme freche, et. al., are to die for!
