  • Well worth it

Having gone out with several agents prior to meeting Hajar, I have seen the gamut of properties in Singapore - from the blah to the downright depressing. Hajar got what I wanted right from the start - she showed me all of three places,as opposed to the whole day viewing sessions I'm used to - but all the properties she's selected were exactly the kind of properties I had in mind from the start. While she exacts charges for the viewings - an uncommon practice in Singapore, it was well worth it for the amount of time and distress otherwise spent viewing properties I'm not interested in.

  • Refinement and attitude to the real estate scene

the editorials and corporate communications alone are indicative of how this new boutique real estate agency isone to watch out for in the coming year. With opinionated editorials and a campy wax seal (the company motto is apprently urbanites uber alles), Urbanespaces brings taste, refinement and attitude to the real estate scene in Singapore.

  • Greater appreciation of design and architecture

UrbaneSpaces is the first design-led boutique real estate company in Singapore. Catering to a niche, design-savvy clientele, UrbaneSpaces initiates efforts to create greater appreciation of design and architecture for the masses. Having organized an architectural tour to explain the architectural pedigree and potential trajectory of the Singapore real estate market and the organizer of a 'Lovers of Architecture' SIG for Mensa Singapore, UrbaneSpaces is concerned with design integrity of a piece of property and does more than indiscriminate transactions of real estate.
