Beautiful, frightening and emotional
This is my absolute favorite radio program, and once the Showtime series begins, it will soon move to the top of the TV list as well. Beautiful, frightening and emotional stories....you’ll laugh, you’ll cry, you will often find a morsel of yourself in a great number of these wonderful tales. It’s the best hour of entertainment money can buy!

Incredible story-telling
Having worked in TV, I never thought much about radio until I decided to volunteer at the local public radio station. It is then that I began listening to This American Life, and I have loved it ever since. The program with its incredible story-telling has shown me that radio can be just as powerful as TV.
