  • From the first sip, I was converted

I’d heard whispers from the beverage savvy that Chai Tea was all the rage, and I really should try it. As a die-hard coffee drinker I wasn’t going to rush – how good could it be? But then last week I found myself ordering a Chai after a business lunch. From the first sip, I was converted - it’s heavenly! It’s a creamy, lusciously spicy, sweet, and mellow long drink. I nursed it for 20 minutes, slipping into the mysteriously unique exotic flavour, feeling like I’d personally discovered the world's best kept secret by pure accident. I nursed it jealously, hoping that others wouldn’t find out in case they bought up all the supplies, and then where would I be? Chai-less and alone! This drink is marvelously comforting and centre-ing. Forget Tai Chi - try Chai Tea! As for the business discussion…huh?
