Good balance and blade
This is (for me) the kitchen knife you take seriously. Good balance and blade. I love to cook and when I cook, I do it solo. Cutting before cooking, part of the everyday ritual, breaking the day between working and relaxing. Besides, ‘Zwilling’ just sounds sexy.
